Happy Veterans’ Day! It’s great to have a Tuesday holiday. A little taste of work Monday, a break on Tuesday…Wed-Fri will either rush by or feel like forever. No in between!
I did a little work this morning, went out for lunch with SMS to Alpine Inn, followed by a short Arastradero walk. Then we headed out to Lafayette for dinner at a friend’s house. The traffic out there was unpleasant but the rest of the evening was great. We had a cheese board to start, lamb for the main, and delicious Pinot noirs including a 2003 Williams Selym Sonoma Coast that I thought was delicious! Not a lot of time left to write a good blog post but at least the streak is alive.
That meal tableau looks so lovely! We’re into the season of lighting candles each night when we eat dinner and I am HERE FOR IT!
