November recap

Thanksgiving photospot outside our complex. Very influencer friendly.

What a fun month! And thanks to NaBloPoMo, it’s very well-documented! I feel like there was a lot of time off that was pretty relaxing. SMS and I haven’t really made hard-charging weekend plans for awhile, and our long weekends were similarly chill. But we saw friends for dinners, met new people in our complex, and I got a haircut!

I’m pretty happy with the month and looking forward to December. I ordered holiday cards and I will (stern finger wag towards self) send them out. December will also have a few long weekends and I look forward to the personal end of the year reflections. I also enjoy the best of the year lists from various blogs and Substacks, as well as resolution posts.

I’m planning on hitting the ground running with an OR-free day, which leaves a lot of time for a few projects that each need a few hours of dedicated time. I would also like to be consistently active in 2026, so December will be a good trial month for more consistency. I would like to get in the habit of early morning workouts again. It shouldn’t be too hard, but it’s been missing since the July/August project push, September/October traveling, and then the late Fall inertia. So, let’s see how tomorrow goes! Onto December:)
