Watching the NYTimes election needle and reading social media posts. Excited that I got to vote but really nervous about what the future holds. Listened to Tegan and Sara, whom I saw live the day after the 2016 election. Then, I decided to stop being morose and I switched to my “Bad Bitch” playlist. It’s not over ‘til it’s over. But I am going to bed now.
I sincerly hope you wake up to a positive surprise. I have not managed to check the news here but I need to in the next 30 minutes before my meeting.

Womp, womp! But, Tegan and Sara! I have not listened to them in a while. I had them on my 2008 South America playlist and probably have not heard them since then. Going to add a few songs to my current playlist right now! Also they remind me of Grey’s Anatomy, which maybe is not fair, but that is the song that they always “dance it out” to in GA!
Have you listened to Heartthrob (2013)? There are so many good songs.
